Top 5 Recipes of 2015 and other Fun Stats

It’s exciting so see where Oinkcooking has gone over the past year and the top 5 recipes from 2015 and I wanted to share it with you all…because it is you who visit that make up these numbers and that I enjoy writing for. I was shocked to see such high numbers (for big sites, this is nothing, but for me who just writes and cooks and has a good time doing it in my free time, this is amazing). So I want to say Thank You for making Oinkcooking what it is! Happiest of New Years and on to a WONDERFUL 2016!

Now for some of the fun facts…

In 2015, there were 83 new posts, not bad for our first year!

Crunchy Numbers

The data analyst geek in me loves this. I am proud of these numbers since I only started this blog 11 months ago and do it for fun. I never expected this many people to view my recipes in the first year.

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. Oinkcooking was viewed over 24,400 times in 2015. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 9 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Viewers came from 112 countries in all! Most visitors came from The United States (19,500). Canada (1,693)& United Kingdom (532) were not far behind.

Thank you for sharing my passion with me in 2015! Let’s see what 2016 will bring!!
