Rosemary Pork Skewers

I love rosemary and garlic combined with pork. In these rosemary pork skewers I added the sweetness of honey too. I found the honey left a nice caramelization on the meat when it cooked. Marinated Skirt Steak

At the store this weekend they had these beautiful skirt steaks. Even better is that they were on sale. I had to buy one.
