Mushroom Soup

I was a the market the other day and grabbed some cremini mushrooms. I was craving some mushroom soup so decided I was going to make some. There is something about the earthiness of mushroom soup and the way it fills and warms your body. I was having an inspiring Sunday afternoon and wanted something for lunch other than left over pizza. So I dug through the pantry to see what I had to be able to make this work.

Mushroom Stuffed Pork Loin

I love stuffing a pork loin. Some will say it is outdated and from the 80’s, but what’s wrong with that? I think they are delicious and present well when having people over for dinner, and when seasoned well, can be full of amazing flavors. So I did it. I make one, like I have so many times before. Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms

Sometimes you need an appetizer. Sometimes you want it wrapped in bacon. Sometimes you get exactly what you want and this is one of those times! I had stuffed mushrooms before. I love stuffed mushrooms, but I wasn’t quite sure how these would turn out. I’d never used goat cheese in them and I had never wrapped them in bacon before either.
