Coffee Marinated Pork Chops

At work the other day we were talking about encrusting coffee onto meats. I have done it (to pork chops) and my co-worker does it quite often. Her way is much better than my initial attempt. Brined Pork Loin Recipe

 I love pork loin. I have been cooking it for years. I have never brined though, so taking this on was a challenge for me and a learning experience. Garlic Rosemary Pork Steak

At the Polish Sausage Shop I visited the other day with my husband and friends, I picked up this amazing pork steak. Not a cut you see often in most supermarkets, but an amazing piece of meat.
