Bacon Apple Pie

I love apple pie. When my friend Eli told me he made a bacon apple pie, I knew I had to have it! I received a call last weekend. My friend was so excited to come up with the idea for a “Bourbon Friday Dinner Extravaganza” and asked if Walter and I wanted to participate. “Of course!” I exclaimed!
