Bacon Fig Goat Cheese Puff Squares

I needed some finger food for a party we had at a friends place. I just so happened to have puff pastry in the freezer that I didn’t know what I was going to do with but wanted to use for something tasty. I also had some dried figs I had been snacking on after our trip to Greece. And luckily, I also had goat cheese and bacon to go with it. Bacon Wrapped Stuffed Mushrooms

Sometimes you need an appetizer. Sometimes you want it wrapped in bacon. Sometimes you get exactly what you want and this is one of those times! I had stuffed mushrooms before. I love stuffed mushrooms, but I wasn’t quite sure how these would turn out. I’d never used goat cheese in them and I had never wrapped them in bacon before either. Deviled Ham
