A few weeks back I took a class on how to make limoncello. It was awesome. I went with a friend and we learned how simple it is. So, I came home and the next day started the process to make my own. It turned out delicious. We sipped on this delicious aperitif for a few evenings after dinner and thoroughly enjoyed it. Walter thought this would taste good with iced tea. I had to agree it would make a nice combination.
This last weekend we had brunch here at the house. It was time to come up with a brunch signature cocktail. I wanted something light and fresh, like spring. It was then I decided to try what Walter had thought was a good mixture and after a couple tries (and a nice buzz going on), I came up with the perfect mixture of drink. I have to say, it was a hit at brunch. I was very proud. Even my mixologist buddy Wade (who came up with the Pickle Back and the Pineapple Dusk) agreed it was delicious. SCORE! So here you go. Enjoy this fresh cocktail on the porch while enjoying this beautiful weather.
