Avocado Toast

I’ve been obsessed with avocado toast. I’ve been eating it for breakfast at least 5 times a week for the last month and a half. Why? Because it is freaking DELICIOUS! Plus, I feel a little healthy when I eat it. I usually have it with eggs of some sort — scrambled or fried. I even decided that for work I could bring boiled eggs to enjoy with it.

The thing I like best about the avocado toast is that it is so simple! Like crazy simple! You can see exactly how simple it is by watching my YouTube Video. It takes nearly no time at all and the outcome is a mouth full of healthy awesomeness. I really hope I addict you to this like I have become addicted. I could stop and any time…really, I could, but why would I? This is seriously an amazing part of my morning ritual! Enjoy!

Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

1 avocado
2 pieces of toast (I prefer sourdough bread)
salt and pepper to taste
your favorite hot sauce

Directions:

Toast your bread. Cut the avocado in half. Dice the avocado into small pieces. With a spoon scoop out ½  of the avocado half onto each piece of toast. Mash avocado with a fork. Salt and pepper to taste. Add hot sauce to the top.

Enjoy.
