New Year – New Direction

It’s 2016 and I have to say it is starting with a whole lot of enlightenment. I love writing and cooking for Oinkcooking, however, I was starting to lose my passion for doing it weekly. Pumpkin Seed (Pepita) Crusted Pork Steak

I bought these pork steaks the other day and wasn’t sure about what I was going to do with them.
